This application using a stability of EherCAT communication was constructed with long distance. It was built in the fountain which causes the difficulty of maintenance by space distinct. We solve the difficulty of maintenance in a short time by using a customer support tool and status monitoring API which allow user to check the operation status and irregularity.
This application is one of the largest motion display systems. This kinetic art requires more than 1400 axis of servo motors. It implements artistic motions with defined operation patterns and real time generated-pattern by a camera image. Precision motion operation based on API is provided for synchronized multi axis control between many control PCs.
